Return and Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.
RETURNS in 4 simple steps
Step 1: Send an email to info@isabelmode.com and our team will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product back to our sorting center.
Step 2: Complete the return form fully.
Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the return form. Send the items along with the duly completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.
Step 4: Upon receipt of the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.
EXCHANGE in 4 simple steps (for size issues)
Step 1: Send an email to info@isabelmode.com indicating your order number and the size of the product you want to receive in the correct size. You will then receive a return form with which you can send back the wrong product.
Step 2: Complete the exchange form.
Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the exchange form. Send the items along with the duly completed exchange form to the address indicated on the exchange form. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.
Step 4: Once the package is sent to the address indicated on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE OF CHARGE.
EXCHANGE in 4 simple steps (for damaged products)
Step 1: Send an email to info@isabelmode.com with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received and briefly explain the problem with the product.
Step 2: Once we have received the photos/videos of the product received, our team will validate the product.
Step 3: Once validated, our team will send you a FREE replacement order.
Step 4: Finally, our customer service will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so you can track its status.

PLEASE NOTE : Before sending products back to the return address, you must complete the return form. The return form must be sent with the package. To obtain the return form, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to: info@isabelmode.com
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the shipping costs are their responsibility. Specific costs will be calculated based on the express carrier you choose.
If, for reasons attributable to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
