Delivery Instructions

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

We offer free delivery for all orders in Spain, Italy, France, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, Norway, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Greece, Romania, Belgium, Peru, Turkey, Nigeria, Ukraine, Denmark, and Japan.


Once you have placed your order, we take 1 to 2 business days to process it, and it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 days. On weekdays, the delivery time is one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend, the time may be a bit longer.

We strive to ship all orders received before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Standard Time, on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Ordering process
To order one of our products from isabelmode, you must first add the product you want to order to the shopping cart on the product page. To do this, click the green "Add to cart" button.

It is important to check that you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click the "Secure checkout" button. On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Once this information is correctly entered, you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you have the option to reconfirm the address details you entered. You will also see that every shipment is delivered free of charge. To thank our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button.

You have several payment methods to choose from. At isabelmode, all payment methods are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you have chosen the right payment method, click the "Complete order" button and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for the chosen payment method. Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we almost always deliver your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is therefore 15 business days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then track the progress of your order yourself on our "My order" page.

Free and risk-free delivery
Your package will be sent with insurance and a tracking code. So you run no risk when ordering on our website. Do not worry about hidden fees or shipping charges, as all deliveries are completely free.

Returns
Once your order is delivered, you have at least 30 days to try the scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without giving a reason. Please note that the product must be in new condition. Do you have questions about our return policy? Please consult the page to the right of the cancellation page. If you want personal assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, isabelmode has paid for the delivery of the package. If the package is not received or not picked up by the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the refund you will receive.

Damaged or incorrect products (defective products).
Unfortunately, it may happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is obviously nothing you can do about it. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@isabelmode.com. It is necessary to take photos of the claim and attach them to the email.

You cannot return the product without providing us with the photos. Unfortunately, we will then not be able to find an adequate solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and will look for the best possible solution with you.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up their order within the indicated time (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the merchant) are not responsible for the refused delivery/uncollected package and cannot issue any refund.
